By using Klesskap, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Klesskap is a digital wardrobe service that lets you:

• Upload and organize images of your clothes
• Get AI-based analysis of garments
• Create and save outfits
• Plan what to wear

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it to deliver the service, including AI analysis.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates others' rights
• Is illegal or harmful
• Contains malware

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Klesskap is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time via account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or in the app.
